Terms & Conditions

Please read our policies carefully before booking. By confirming your appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due on or before the event day, before services begin.
Late payments may incur a service delay or cancellation.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event will not incur additional charges (but deposit remains non-refundable).
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are subject to a 50% charge of the total package.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event will be charged in full.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance.

3. Travel & Location

Travel is available for both local and destination weddings.
Travel fees apply for locations outside our base area and will be calculated per km or based on transportation and lodging (if applicable).

For destination weddings, accommodation and travel arrangements must be covered by the client.

4. Bridal Trials

Bridal trials are available as a separate paid service and are non-refundable, even if the wedding is cancelled or postponed.
Trials are recommended 1–3 months before the wedding.

5. Client Responsibilities

Please ensure you arrive (or are ready) on time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may affect the final result.
Skin sensitivities and allergies must be disclosed in advance. We are not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.
Clients are required to maintain clean skin and hair before services begin.

6. Photography & Promotion

We reserve the right to photograph our work for portfolio and social media unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
All photos will be respectful and professional.

7. Hygiene & Safety

We follow strict hygiene protocols and use sanitised tools and products.
If a client shows signs of illness (flu, fever, etc.), we may refuse service for safety reasons.

8. Assistant Artists

For large bookings or multiple-day events, we may appoint a trained assistant or co-artist to ensure timely service.
